A note from Emily:

Hi there! 😊 It’s so nice to meet you!

I’m Emily - owner and founder of “Emily Wilson Virtual Services.” After five years of teaching middle school, I decided that I wanted to feel in charge of my own life and future. So I traded the classroom for my home office, became my own boss, and adopted the title of Virtual Assistant. It was a leap of faith and scary at times but I wouldn’t change a thing. I have met so many hard working and driven business owners. And I feel very lucky to be able to help and support them.

I owe a lot of my early courage to SeneGence. After listening to countless podcasts about starting a virtual assistant business, I set out to find my first client. On a whim, I Facebook messaged a friend who ran her own makeup business. I’d been watching her grown her business and I admired her work ethic and authenticity. I shared with her about the services I was offering and let her know that if she ever thought she could use me, I would be around. MUCH to my surprise, she responded back with - “How are you at Facebook? 👀” I quickly messaged back that I could be good at anything she needed me to be good at! And the rest is history!

Since this interaction with my first client and friend, I have worked with many women who run successful make up businesses and sell the SeneGence makeup and skincare line. I enjoy working with SeneGence distributors and business owners because I’ve found that it takes a special kind of woman to find success in this corner. Every single one of my SeneGence clients are kind, passionate, and hardworking. I love that I can surround myself with people like this.

When working with you as a client, my goal is to take on as many daily (or weekly) tasks that are necessary to you running your business. But may actually feel like they’re getting in the way of you growing your business. The list of tasks that I complete for clients often times consists of but is not limited to the following:

  • Emily Wilson Virtual Services has experience working with the following programs and apps: Facebook, Instagram, SeneGence Back Office, Studio by GoDaddy, Boards, Canva, Amazon.

    Note: Again - Emily is always willing to learn to learn more about these programs and add new ones. tothis list!

  • Emily Wilson Virtual Services uses the Square platform for payment.

    Clients will receive an invoice via email on the 15th and 30th of each month with your monthly bill will be split between the two pay periods. Square will provide. a link for payment.

  • Yes. All clients sign a contact electronically.

    This contract states that the client agrees to work with Emily Wilson Virtual Services for current trimester (T1: January-April, T2: May-August, T3: September-December).

    Contracts can be re-examined at the end of each trimester.

  • Yes. Emily Wilson Virtual Services offers a new client trail period of two months. New clients who choose this option will need to sign a contact.

  • Clients are welcome to add hours to their current package at an hourly rate ($30 per hour).

    Hours cannot be subtracted from a package.

  • Monthly hours will roll over within the trimester.

    Clients will receive an hour usage update at the end of each month.
